Full-Lifecycle Governance: From Onboarding to Data Repatriation
My tenure with AR DDS (Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services) exemplifies my commitment to the complete data lifecycle. Beginning in 2015, I served as the Lead QA for their initial system onboarding, a project that required the meticulous migration of both active and inactive demographic records into a customized EHR environment. During this phase, I architected the foundational SFTP interfaces that allowed the state to maintain a continuous flow of documented service data to their external systems.
The true test of leadership occurred in 2021 during the state’s offboarding project. I was tasked with ensuring that AR DDS retained full access to their massive historical data stores. This was a mission-critical, time-sensitive operation involving the design of custom export reports and the execution of bulk-data deliveries. By managing the Release Management and Reporting Governance throughout this transition, I ensured the state received their data in the precise formats required for their next-generation systems, upholding our commitment to data transparency and client success.
